The staff were fantastic and always ready to help. Our rooms were clean, modern, and simple in design. Traveling as a large group of 17, the lounge room and onsite laundry were super convenient for us to hang out together. The only downside was the persistent cigarette smoke; I mentioned it to reception, who apologized but said some guests still smoked in bathrooms despite the no‑smoking policy and fines. It’s unfair that rule‑abiding guests have to sleep in a space “infested” with smoke just because others pay to break the rules.

“I loved it!”

I really enjoyed my stay here; the staff were very friendly, the hotel was new and nice, the room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The location wasn’t the best, but it wasn’t a big deal either—cheap taxis made getting around easy.

“Good”

The room was spacious, clean, and had a comfy bed, offering good value for money. However, it was very noisy because of construction work several rooms below, and the blinds weren’t effective at keeping the room dark.
