While the hotel's location and price were definite positives, the cleanliness of the property was a major issue during my stay. The balcony was dirty, and the room lacked basic cleaning essentials. I hope the property owner takes steps to address these concerns.

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel, starting with an early arrival when I was ready to pay for an early check-in, but the staff insisted on canceling my booking and rebooking it directly. The confusion was compounded when I requested an extra blanket on the second day, only to be told it would cost me 300 rupees, but after speaking to the in-charge, it was provided to me without any charge. Unfortunately, the staff seemed completely unprepared for the hospitality industry.

The hotel's proximity to the Dwarka Sector 9 metro station was a major advantage, but it also came with a significant drawback - the constant noise of the metro passing by every five minutes. Additionally, the room was not clean, and I found bugs near the bed, which was unsettling. The tap water flow was also slow, making it difficult to use.

I was surprised when my booking was canceled, especially since I had already paid for it. I think it would be fair for the hotel to return my fare, considering the circumstances.
