The hotel offered a well‑equipped apartment with a hall, a bedroom, kitchen, washroom, balcony, TV, AC, RO (filter), electric kettle, refrigerator, sofa, dining table, wardrobe, cupboard, etc.; the sheets, table, and curtain were clean, and the restaurants were only a few metres away. The place was very well decorated and perfect for solo travelers, couples, and families. The only downside was that the floor under the wardrobe, the cupboard, and the balcony could have been cleaner.

We booked it as a transit hotel for a 12‑hour stay; there was no restaurant, but the staff were helpful and friendly and the accommodation was clean. A collection from the airport would have been nice.

The only bright spot was its proximity to the airport, though there are better options nearby. The property sits on a narrow street with bad roads and ongoing construction around it. Parking is on the street, not in a dedicated lot. It looked new, yet the management was poor and the staff didn’t reflect that. When I arrived, the place wasn’t clean; the sinks had leftover food from the previous guest, the room had a bad odor, and the room wasn’t properly checked before I was handed it over. The previous guest had left milk powder in the electric kettle, which stank so badly I almost threw up. I had to ask for basic items like towels—there were only two for us, no hand towels—and I asked them to clean the room again. The bathroom was cramped, and the bedsheet had stains. The staff were unhelpful; I booked for a day to pick up my parents from the airport, but they stopped me from bringing them into my room, citing a policy that wasn’t mentioned or written down. I’ve stayed at other hotels that were far less rude. I left right away because I didn’t want to be treated that way. I wish I’d paid extra for a better experience instead of dealing with all this.
