“Good hotel but needs to stop using chemically scented cleaners”

The breakfast staff lacked courtesy and manners, delivering the lowest quality service—totally uncalled for.

The hotel was mostly clean with friendly staff and good facilities, but the bed frame/spring was broken and squeaked all night, dust and stains appeared in some spots, a cockroach was spotted in the hallway, and the shampoo, conditioner, etc. were cheaply glued; overall it felt a bit expensive for these problems.
