There was a wide range of cold and warm options, plus many healthy choices available, and the coffee was good. The gym hours could have started earlier in the morning so you could work out before breakfast opened.

Everything was fine. We travel worldwide to many hotels, but we have never experienced that fresh bath towels are only provided every three days, especially at a room rate of €300 per day inclusive of breakfast.

We really liked the beautiful location of the hotel right on the beach; the sea is stunning with crystal‑clear water, perfect for a beach holiday. We also enjoyed the food at the restaurant – the selection and quality were convincing, and the pleasant ambience created a relaxed atmosphere. The location, the beautiful beach, and the restaurant were clearly the positives of our stay. One star – a very disappointing stay. We had a terrible experience. My husband slipped in the bathroom while getting out of the shower and injured his back. The bathroom had no functioning ventilation, so the air was very damp and the tiles were slippery. Despite this obvious problem, the staff did not address it appropriately. The handling of the incident was especially disappointing: we repeatedly asked for an incident report, but it was never issued. Even more perplexing, the hotel director never personally contacted us or inquired about my husband's health. When a guest is injured in a hotel, we expected professional, helpful, responsible behaviour, but we experienced the exact opposite. We cannot recommend this hotel based on our experience.
