The bed and bathroom are of good quality, but the elevator kept breaking down during my stay, forcing guests to take the stairs. The bathroom was grimy, and I never knew whether the bleach or the brush was being used.

The room is roomy and the bathroom matches that size; the bed is very soft and comfortable. I liked the counter that can hold small suitcases with room to spare, which means I don’t have to leave them on the floor like in many other hotels. I didn’t like that there was no nice view; I feel uneasy when I can’t see nature through the window. The need to recharge the card every time we went up was also an annoying part of the process.

The hotel sits close to my workplace and next to a bakery, but the bathroom walls had mold.

A great hotel in a good location, with tasty coffee and a helpful, supportive team. My only critique for improvement: drinks could be kept in a fridge in the room instead of having to leave the room and go to reception to get them. I hope next year they’ll have made changes.
