There was a wide selection of food, but a pet was left in my room even though I had no pet; the stay cost me €50 more.

The interior was new, but we drove extra for the pool, which was very cold; afterwards I felt physically very ill, the salad and fries tasted awful, and I vomited all night.

The location was good. The shower temperature couldn’t be lowered. The pipe under the tap dripped, so we had to place a towel underneath. The cleaning staff tried to enter despite the “do not disturb” sign. The door seals were almost gone, and the bathroom door could only be closed with strong pressure. The reception blocked a €100 deposit on the credit card, which we were informed about. Overnight, the amount was increased to €164 without our knowledge, meaning a higher deposit was blocked while we were told a different sum.
