I'm really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping me, which made the whole experience feel really unwelcoming. The rooms were a letdown too - they're old and not well-maintained, with a weird lack of natural light. The whole building feels like it's been neglected for years, and it shows in the creaky floors and outdated decor.

I was really looking forward to staying at this hotel, but things didn't quite go as planned. The reason is a bit complicated - there's a dispute between the hotel owners and Oyo, which means they don't accept bookings made through Oyo. I was told I'd have to pay extra to stay, which wasn't exactly what I was expecting. The hotel itself seemed nice, but the situation with Oyo was a major hassle.
