The location is great. The reception was very unhelpful, and the room and linens were dirty; we did not receive a replacement for the sheets.

We liked the overall vibe, a calm and pleasant Saturday. The location is excellent—15 minutes walk from the Kotel, which was our goal. Compared to other hotels nearby, this one is about a quarter of the price per night, so we could stay two nights. Because I saw fewer reviews, I requested clean linens, toiletries, and a shower in advance, and that was indeed the case—clean and well organized. There are pricier rooms that are worth it; ours was a bit cramped due to very small windows. Air conditioning is present. There is a higher floor with large windows overlooking the Prisoner of War Museum and Bialik University; there is a road nearby that might bother some. But again, the value for the price is there. Check the apartment prices in the city center and Old City to see the deal for yourself. Good luck. The service was decent for the price.

I stayed in a quiet neighborhood, right near the bus station and tram stops, and there were plenty of coffee shops, shopping spots, and supermarkets close by. The hotel also has its own coffee bar.
