“Comfortable, clean, with courtious staff, but a little cramped”

The hotel sits very close to the Tube, making it a solid base for exploring central and west London. The reception staff were polite, warm and friendly throughout. The hotel and our room were clean. Breakfast was a good continental style. The room was clean, fresh and tidy, though a bit compact. One side of the bed was against the wall, and storage space and shelves were limited. There was no chair or table. The bathroom was lovely, modern and fresh, with an excellent shower, but the overall area was small and limited in size.

The hotel was renovated and the rooms are a bit small but that’s the standard for London. The location is very good, just a few steps from the Piccadilly and Circle line metro stop. Cleanliness is excellent and the breakfast, both sweet and savory, is good. The staff are very kind and you can leave your luggage for free before check‑in (early check‑in costs £20) or after check‑out. Recommended. The carpet is always present, but that’s not a surprise in London.

“Tolle Tage in London”

The hotel’s spot right by Earls Court is incredibly convenient, with quick transport links and plenty of supermarkets, restaurants and pubs just around the corner, making it ideal for a short London break. Our single room was tidy, functional and plainly decorated, and I especially appreciated the kettle with tea and coffee supplied. The staff were very friendly and made us feel comfortable. The breakfast room felt a bit cramped and the buffet was basic, though it covered all the essentials, and the double room on the fourth floor with a sloping roof was a little small for two, with a narrow bed.

Metroya is close and centrally located, which is nice. Kensington is a lovely area. The staff are approachable and their service is cheerful. I thought the breakfast was adequate and there are products for every taste. The rooms were incredibly narrow and small, like a corridor. There was no phone at the reception. The alarm went off in my room three times; each time I went down two floors and told them. They came but nothing changed. I wanted to change rooms but they said there was no space. Finally they gave me a room on the -1 floor.
