الموقع ممتاز المقابلة جيدة سألنا عن سوبر ماركت نشتري مياه أعطونا زجاجة باردة مجاني الحمام نضيف جدااا مساحة الغرفة ممتازة الإضاءة ممتازة. المستوى أقل شوية من الصور البطانية غطاء السرير مش نضيف المصعد لا يعمل

It was the best! The staff treated me perfectly – very friendly and helpful, the hotel is elegant, well‑located, and everything is great.

The staff were very attentive and helpful, especially Seif who was very dependable. Overall the hotel was good and hardly noisy, which is rare in Egypt; the only downside was the breakfast, which was not great, but the hotel itself was very good.

Another great stay at The Australian Hostel. I’ve stayed here several times, and it’s always a comfortable and welcoming experience. The location in downtown Cairo is perfect, and the atmosphere makes you feel right at home. I especially want to mention Mahmoud. He is incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional, and he always goes out of his way to make sure everything is taken care of. His hospitality really makes a difference. I’ll definitely be coming back again whenever I’m in Cairo. Highly recommended!
