Nice hotel with a smooth check‑in. The place was central in Liechtenstein and easy to get to, but the room was a bit warm and the road was noisy, even at night.

Clean and modern, but checking in two rooms under the same name was sluggish.

Unfortunately, the room was infested with a huge number of mosquitoes, and they were visible on both the walls and the ceiling.

Finding the hotel was a breeze, and the directions on the door were helpful when my GPS led me to the front and I needed to “go round the back.” The plug sockets, however, didn’t accept European adaptor plugs, so I couldn’t charge my laptop or phone.

The check‑in was a disaster, the service unreachable, and the rooms disappointing – not recommended at all! We booked several rooms for our group/family, but the stay turned into a total letdown. On the arrival day we were suddenly told that a room had been cancelled due to alleged technical problems. The on‑site digital check‑in terminal didn’t work at all: out of 8 booked rooms, only 6 were initially accessible. We were offered a backup room in a different hotel, yet that place also had key‑card issues. We spent 5 hours on the street and had to shuttle back and forth between hotels multiple times. The support team took hours to respond to calls or emails, even though the problem could have been solved in a minute. The room itself was tiny, had only one chair and two hangers for two people, and shared only one blanket. The shower water also ran straight onto the bathroom floor. Poor organization, inadequate service, and subpar comfort made traveling with family a test of patience – absolutely not recommended!
