Both our room and the private bathroom were spacious, clean, comfortable, and came with plenty of amenities. The breakfast included a wide variety and was plentiful. Our host Bobbie was readily available and eager to answer questions about the local area and horse racing, which is a reason many people would visit this town.

Everything felt like a real home, the owner was super helpful and had thought of every detail to keep you comfortable, and the place is only 5 minutes from everything.

The spot’s location is solid and the bed’s comfy, but the dogs around were a bit of a nuisance.

The room was spotless, tea, coffee, and bottled water were provided, breakfast was excellent, the bed was comfy, and the host was fantastic, but the listing didn’t mention dogs would be there; I’d have minded less if it hadn’t barked, though it only did so for 10/15 minutes.

The place was clean and tidy, the location was good, staff were very friendly and helpful, but the shower had very low pressure.
