Each air‑conditioned room includes a private bathroom, kitchen, bidet, hairdryer, work desk, soundproofing and tiled floors, plus outdoor furniture. Guests enjoy an Asian breakfast outdoors. Hiriketiya Beach lies a 12‑minute walk away; nearby attractions include Hummanaya Blow Hole, Tangalle Lagoon and Kushtarajagala.

A stunning villa with spotless rooms and excellent Wi‑Fi that’s better than most places, so you could easily work there. It’s a short walk to the beach but still quiet because it’s tucked behind the main road. I’d give it a perfect 10/10 and recommend it if you want to hit the main sights but sleep in a peaceful spot. The owner and his dad were incredibly helpful, even driving me to a gym 1 km away for free. No complaints at all.

The host and his father were very nice. It wasn’t very clean and we had several salamanders in our room.

The owner and his dad were very friendly and the dad was even cute. They arranged scooters and tuk‑tuks for us at a lower price with great vehicles. Breakfast was consistently tasty and varied each day, and the rooms were fairly new and clean.

We had a wonderful stay at Junction 14. The room was clean, the hosts were very friendly, and the garden was lush green. Darshana takes excellent care of guests, and his wife prepares a delicious and varied breakfast every morning. We felt very comfortable and would definitely return.
