The public facilities on the first floor were complete and you could report any issue to the front desk at any time, and the parking lot had great spots. Overall it was fine, but being close to the highway caused trouble when I missed the interchange the first time and had to detour through a residential area that led to a dead end, wasting a lot of time getting back onto the highway.
