After a long drive, we arrived late at night to a room covered in spiderwebs, with dirt on the floor, hair in the bed, and soap residue left in the shower from previous guests. Exhausted, we chose to keep driving instead of staying. When we filed a complaint that evening with the owner to request a refund, they refused and only showed vague photos of the supposedly clean areas, ignoring the parts we pointed out as filthy. Their refusal led them to threaten police involvement, revealing a clear lack of integrity.

A fantastic second stay at Domaine de Wail – the bedding was perfect, cleanliness impeccable, and the rooms were beautifully furnished and very comfortable.
