Hoe gasten het hotel beoordelen, aspect voor aspect.
Nothing good at all. People were living there, the place and staff were absolutely terrible. I tried to cancel and they wouldn’t let me. There were bugs, people selling drugs outside, no clean towels or bed sheets. I want a refund; it’s one of the worst experiences ever.

I couldn't find anything good, the TV was broken and the bed I asked for wasn't the size I wanted.

The only thing worth mentioning was the location; the whole place was filthy, shabby, and in disrepair. The room itself was dirty, the bathroom was infested with insects, the window was cracked and hanging out of its frame, the phone to the front desk was dead, the lights were out, and the TV was busted—overall a nasty experience.

We didn't get a remote for the TV, and other guests were missing theirs too. The hotel was rundown, our bathroom door wouldn't close because someone had kicked it open, and the blankets were so thin we felt cold all the time.
