Gefallen hat mit insbesondere die freundliche Umgangsform von Seiten des Hotelpersonals sowohl in der Rezeption als auch im Restaurant - sehr höflich und aufmerksam. Das Zimmer hat eine durchschnittliche Standardeinrichtung, ist von der Größe her annehmbar, das Badezimmer hygienisch gesehen einwandfrei. Das Bett und die übrigen Einrichtungsgegenstände fand ich in gutem Zustand vor, das Zimmer war ordentlich gereinigt, keine Beanstandungen.

The breakfast was really tasty and the staff were friendly, but there was no Wi‑Fi in the room even though it was listed in the room description; we only learned about the issue after asking.

The breakfast was plentiful, offering a wide range of breads, cold cuts, cheeses, salads, fruit and juice, and the staff were exceptionally attentive and helpful, though the Wi‑Fi connection could have been a bit stronger.
