The hotel’s ambience was fine, yet my experience was extremely disappointing. The GM/Manager was rude, arrogant, and unprofessional, refusing to communicate politely or help with basic concerns and instead arguing. When I asked for a refund, he got angry instead of handling the situation calmly. The whole incident happened during check‑in, leaving a very negative first impression. I would not recommend this hotel because of the poor customer service and the manager’s unprofessional conduct, scoring a 1.0/10.

I can walk straight from the railway station to the hotel, which was a big plus for me.

The hotel sits on a wide road with plenty of parking and easy access to trains, buses, and the Ganges. The property is immaculate, featuring Indian‑heritage‑inspired interiors that clearly show effort to keep guests comfortable. I liked the cloth line in the washroom, the nice toiletries, and the high‑quality towels. The staff were hospitable and warm, and the restaurants offered good meal options. There was nothing to dislike, earning a perfect 10.0/10.
