The location is nice and the place is clean. However, the mattress was extremely soft, making it hard to sleep properly; I nearly fell out of bed a few times at night. I expected more for the price of that room.

The beds are heavenly. The room feels dated and is very noisy.

The breakfast buffet is good and hygienic, the staff are friendly, the restaurant area is nice, there’s parking for the hotel, and the location is great in the middle of Helledoorn. The rooms are outdated, with carpeting and wooden floors that are very noisy; you can hear neighbors clearly, and upstairs guests can be heard walking on the creaky wooden floor.
