I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything was great, from the functioning facilities to the convenient location with a Padang restaurant right in front and an Indomaret store just nearby. I appreciated the hotel's hospitality, and I hope to stay here again in the future. The only thing I can say is that I loved everything about my stay.

Our family room was spacious, and the hot water worked perfectly. My child was delighted with the room. Overall, we had a great experience at this hotel, and I would recommend it to others.

The hotel's facilities and location were great, but unfortunately, we were disturbed by loud noise from the floor above. I was looking forward to a peaceful stay, but the noise spoiled it for me.

The hotel's strategic location was a major plus, but unfortunately, we encountered several issues during our stay. On the second day, we were not provided with drinking water, and the tissues in our room were not replenished. We also had to pay an extra 100,000 rupiah to check-in early, despite the room being ready. To make matters worse, the hotel lacked a lift to the upper floors, sandals, and other basic amenities.
