“Central, clean, spacious apartment”

Breakfast at the heritage café was great. The room was big and clean. The location is very central, with a mini supermarket right next door, which is very handy. The private bathroom is a 10‑minute walk to the bus stop that goes to the airport. It would have been useful to have an information booklet or sheet; we had to ask via WhatsApp where breakfast was, what the Wi‑Fi was, and there were no instructions for check‑out. Because of the central location, it gets very noisy in the evenings and late at night with music and chatter from restaurants, and the bell tower nearby keeps ringing all night. Only two tea bags were in the room, so you need to go out and get your own coffee. Also, the listing says it’s linked to Tinel restaurant, but that’s no longer the case; this needs updating because it’s a bit worrying when you speak to the restaurant for check‑in details and they say they no longer have any connection.

“Excelente localização, mas Limpeza e manutenção muito fraca”

Excellent location, right in the historic center. Breakfast is a partnership with a restaurant, but it’s excellent, both in service and quality, and they offer a discount if we want to dine there. Cleanliness is practically nonexistent—dirty, broken furniture, stained towels… We asked for new towels and they were only delivered the next day, and those were also stained. We reported this immediately upon entering the room, and the staff said they were sorry it didn’t meet expectations and would send new towels the next day, but hygiene isn’t a matter of expectation—it either is or isn’t! We’ve stayed in other places in Croatia and cleanliness is never a problem, only here. The transfer service they claim to have is a partnership with a taxi; it wouldn’t be a problem if the price wasn’t higher than calling an Uber (they charged €30 for two people), and there are direct buses to the airport for €5 per person, just 7 minutes from the accommodation because vehicles can’t enter the historic zone.

Very good location, right in the heart of the historic center. Breakfast is excellent and generous. Some equipment like the cooking plates don’t work. There aren’t enough cutlery, no dishcloth, and no foot towel.
