The location was very good; we asked for a superior double and it was upgraded, but some parts of the hotel seem lacking; the person who stored our luggage was very nice; however, the front desk staff were not the friendliest, one lady was not nice at all; the elevators were very slow and very small.

I liked the location, three minutes from the Duomo; the building is new, has a security guard, and the room is spacious with a kitchenette and coffee facilities; the main drawbacks were the smart lighting system, which was hard to figure out as we struggled to operate the switches, and the shower, which was also not very easy or straightforward.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, cleanliness was average; the only downside was that the new AC was still set for summer, so it was a bit cold.
