The setting was cute and quaint, and it felt very relaxing. I’d have liked more time, but we checked in very late because we just needed a place to sleep; it would have been fun to stay longer and enjoy the space fully.

I appreciated the woods and the quiet, but I came to stay the night for a funeral the next day, driving a rental car to meet everyone. I bought some THC beverages from the local liquor store and expected a restful night, yet the mattress had a huge dip that made it impossible to sleep. I didn’t like the owner, who blamed the mattress and kept giving explanations and nonsense. I left before the stay finished and got no refund. I posted a review on Google, but the owner’s response was so disparaging that I called my lawyer; he called it slander, defamation of character, and libel. He had them remove my review and her reply, and we are still exploring options.

The location and weather were beautiful, though the mattress dipped a bit in the middle, which hurt our backs but wasn’t terrible.
