“A memorable experience!”

Staying with Ameen in Khuri felt like a real throwback; the bungalows look like a step back in time, giving the place a curious, authentic charm. We chose to sleep directly on the dunes under the stars, which was definitely the highlight of our trip. A nice dinner with a Rajasthani musical show made for a simple, lovely evening. Ameen himself is a fantastic host—super funny, very attentive, always smiling. A memorable experience!

“The best part of my India trip.”

We experienced a once‑in‑a‑lifetime desert adventure with camel rides, sunset watching, a cultural show, sleeping under the Milky Way, and sunrise viewing. Mr. Ameen stayed with us throughout, doing everything possible to make the experience comfortable and enjoyable. Extra fees were required for the safari, but the value is immeasurable. I strongly recommend Mr. Ameen’s place and his company if you want a desert experience.

“A magical experience with the best host possible.”

I absolutely loved my stay. I came to see the stars and the Milky Way, and Ameen and the crew went above and beyond to ensure I succeeded—driving me to sleep on the dunes under the stars, a truly magical experience—and to give me so much more. It started with Ameen picking me up in Jaisalmer, where he treated me to a lovely chai, and it was clear from the start he’d be an excellent host. He was friendly, knowledgeable, excited to chat, and efficient at arranging things (once I craved a snack during the day, he made some calls and within 10 minutes someone from the nearby town delivered biscuits). The camp has everything you need: comfortable accommodation (though I chose to sleep under the stars each night), brilliant food and service, and fun evening entertainment. I enjoyed walking around the stunning dunes and interacting with locals in my downtime. The camel sunset experience was also a highlight. Overall, a 10/10 experience, and I’ll be back at the earliest opportunity. My advice to fellow stargazers: research moon cycles, luminosity, and the best months for Milky Way viewing. I did my research and ended up with an unforgettable experience. Thank you, Ameen!

“A fun and interesting way to experience a night in the desert”

My glamping experience was a unique blend of adventure and comfort, with a private shower and exciting entertainment options. The food was delicious, and our host was warm and welcoming. However, the mattress was a bit too firm, and we encountered a few mosquitoes. Unfortunately, a rowdy group of guests disrupted the peace, but our host handled the situation professionally by turning off the power at a reasonable hour.
