The reception office was rude… the hotel was dirty, dusty, as if it had never been cleaned… there were water stains… check‑in took 2 hours and then check‑out… the reception said all the TVs in the hotel were broken… I do not recommend it at all… bad hotel in my life.

The bed was big enough for a family of two adults and three kids, but the air conditioning was not cool enough, the TV wouldn't turn on, and the shower was tiny.

Nothing I liked, yet the hotel added a RM16 charge even though I had already paid in full through booking.my; the place was cracked and dirty.
