“The most horrifying hotel experience I’ve maybe ever had was with the parking garage. Self parking was $42 vs $75 valet”

The lobby was nice, but the parking garage was a nightmare: self‑parking cost $42 versus $75 for valet, the garage elevator led straight into a maze of dumpsters and filth, it was disgusting and unsafe, the discounted rooms seemed from around 2002, the bathtub was good, the bed comfortable, the TV was too old to use, yet every staff member was lovely and deserved better.

The room was great, and the daytime staff were very attentive. The bikes they lend out are excellent. The night staff, however, weren't as welcoming.

The hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly. Even though the hotel was being renovated, I didn't notice any construction or demolition during my stay. Nothing else to complain about; it was all great.

The place was clean and smelled nice. Parking was hard to locate, so I had to drive three blocks down. The pillows were flat and there were no extras, and there were no USB plugs for phones.
