The service from all the staff was outstanding. The room had no refrigerator and only a small cupboard under the sink, which was missing almost all the knobs needed to open it. The sink faucet had no filter, so anything falling while washing hands went straight into the drain. The elevator didn’t reach the top floor, so luggage had to be carried up the stairs.

The staff were very attentive and the dinner was excellent. The room might have been a bit small.

“Hotel acogedor y personal del hotel grandioso”

The food and the staff were fantastic—friendly and attentive, making you feel right at home and always checking that everything was perfect, giving a perfect 10 to the whole team. The mattress and pillow were ordinary, the heating wasn’t plugged in and it was cold, the bathroom was quite small, and the shower had no curtain so all the water ran out.

“Genial, como siempre”

The hotel’s modernization after the renovation was great. I would have liked a slightly larger room because I was traveling with a dog, my wife, and my daughter.

“Buena relación calidad precio”

The room was well equipped, very pretty and bright. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was huge. The hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of variety. The pillows were overly soft and thin, which we didn’t like. The elevator was quite noisy. The hotel has no control over the pet policy, and because it’s pet‑friendly there were many dogs; the owners left them in the rooms, causing them to cry and bark, which was quite annoying.
