The staff were excellent, the pool was great, the breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were beautiful, but the fridge in the room made noise.

The rooms and the overall property were clean, and parking was available, but the breakfast could use some Sicilian products.

Even though we booked a central room through Booking, we were given a far‑away room that was completely different from what we had requested, and after filing a complaint with Booking we received no refund. The bathroom also had no bidet.

The rooms were brand new, spotless, with a very comfortable bed, the breakfast was great, and the staff were incredibly kind and always greeted us with a smile despite the heat; the pool was beautiful. However, some rooms lacked a bidet, the adjacent resort was inconveniently split by two gates instead of a single entrance, which should be clarified at booking.
