Hoe gasten het hotel beoordelen, aspect voor aspect.
The reception staff were really helpful when I checked in, but that's about where the positives ended. I wasn't told that I couldn't share a room with my girlfriend, and I think they should've been clearer about that - and given me a refund. The room itself was a letdown: it was tiny, uncomfortable, and the shower was dirty and didn't even work. To top it off, the internet connection was slow and unreliable.

I've stayed here before, and I was happy to be back - the staff are friendly, the place is clean, and it's super convenient to the Mampang Prapatan BRT station. The neighborhood's got a nice vibe, and the locals are really nice. That said, I had to request a room that wasn't on the corner because the speakers from the adjacent mosque are REALLY loud - if you're not a prayer, you'll want to avoid those rooms. The bathroom's a bit cramped, but that's to be expected for the price.

Honestly, I didn't have any positive experiences here. Everything was dirty and awful - the bedding was filthy, and it was impossible to sleep because of all the noise. There's a mosque right under the window, and it starts ringing at 4 am, which made it the worst accommodation I've ever had.

The staff at this hotel are super friendly and helpful, but we weren't expecting the mosque right next door to be making so much noise. The first prayer call is at sunrise, which caught us off guard and woke us up with a start. It's a bit of a shock to the system, but the staff are great.

For the price - 207k IDR for a night - I was pretty happy with my single room: it was clean, and the staff were really nice. The rooftop on the third floor's a great spot to hang out. That being said, the bathroom was a bit of a squeeze, and it didn't exactly match the pictures - showering was a bit of a challenge, but doable.
