Everything could have been fine if not for our expensive Cartier glasses being stolen right before check‑out; we found out late that evening, called the front desk, and they didn’t even try to help—unacceptable for a good 4‑star hotel, and the management did nothing.

The staff were very friendly, the hotel was spotless, the location was great, and a short taxi ride took us to the river.
