“El hotel lindo pero personal debería mejorar muchísimo”

I liked the cleanliness, the bed was very comfortable, the pool was clean and large, the rooms were spacious with AC. The staff was terrible; the only kind man was the cart person who brought us to the beach, after that the waiters, baristas, reception were all very indifferent, they need a serious attitude boost. There was a lot of staff but almost no guests, and they would go elsewhere to avoid attending, all reluctantly.

Franco’s service was the best. The place is beautiful and the location excellent, everything perfect. It was all excellent.

“No lo recomiendo”

I really didn’t like it, especially for the high cost. When we arrived the rooms weren’t ready, a lot of staff were rude, it’s far from the beach, and breakfast is poor.

“Bom hotel”

Breakfast had gluten‑free options, a large bed, a very good pool, very friendly staff, a restaurant inside the hotel and close to the main restaurants. They also offer a transfer to the beach with a towel. We had a problem with food odor coming from the neighboring room, which was a studio, and they switched us to a different room very quickly. The worst part of this hotel, and I think it happens to everyone in Aruba, is the breakfast. It’s served buffet style, except coffee and milk are brought to the table. That’s how it is because at the end of the meal they bring a zero bill just to charge the tip (tipi). It’s extremely embarrassing. You pay a fortune for the room and still have to tip everything. Very annoying.
