I was harassed so badly it’s hard to describe; I booked through an app at a lower price, so the hotel staff got angry and treated me poorly. When I asked if they would keep the same price or offer a discount, they said “yes, yes ma’am, we’ll lower the price.” The next day they deleted the booking from the app and began harassing me again, calling repeatedly. I went out to look for a PG because I was admitted at CU, and they made me pay through that app, but my money was taken and the booking didn’t go through. Then the harassment escalated to another level.

The hotel’s location and food were perfect, and the dishes were delicious. One evening a guest played music so loudly it almost pierced my eardrums, and he repeated it several times. The music on mute was still a bit too loud.
