The place is gorgeous, surrounded by plenty of trees and offering a variety of activities for people of all ages, but getting around the property and the city itself could use some improvement.

Breakfast was generally fine, yet the lounge and dining areas feel cramped and lack clear signage, especially when the hotel is full. Staff friendliness is sparse, and the furniture in the lounges, restaurants, and beach area is old and sometimes broken; I think a renovation in the style of major international all‑in‑all hotels would be appropriate.

The staff were accommodating, but the room was dirty upon arrival, the fridge hadn’t been cleaned, it smelled like onions, and some pots had food residue that left a nasty odor.

The place was spotless, organized, and well‑maintained; the staff were helpful, the beaches were private and clean, making it a great spot for couples or families.
