The staff were very friendly and attentive. I really appreciated the hot water bottle they put on the bed in the late afternoon because it helped me fall asleep and kept the room warm at night. The hotel’s proximity to Nariño University is handy for visitors like us. I had booked months ahead, but when I arrived the receptionist said there was no reservation because Booking hadn’t reported it; luckily I had a printed confirmation and they assigned me a room fairly quickly. The elevator should always be available, especially when you’re lugging luggage or checking out. The breakfast selection was poor, especially for a long stay. One night we couldn’t sleep because of excessive noise from guests in the room across the hall.

Room was huge and cozy, bed like a cloud. They even left a warm bag on the bed for when I got there. Food tasty, staff super attentive.

Staff were professional and friendly, room clean and quiet, on‑site restaurant, secure private parking. Wi‑Fi was shaky and breakfast had barely any fresh fruit – had to cross the street for a proper spread.

Lovely hotel right in the heart of Pasto, staff great, secure and comfy. Even after an early checkout they still handed us a packed breakfast – really thoughtful.
