The staff are amazing and supportive. The location is good. The place is very clean and the Wi‑Fi is strong. The only real issue was the very basic facilities: the water pressure was too low, the intercom didn’t work, and there was no socket near the bed.

The location was ideal, just a few minutes to Acacia Mall, and the rooms were spacious with hot water always available; we enjoyed our stay. The mattress could use an upgrade and the breakfast could be more elaborate for the price they charge.

The location was very close to Acacia Mall, only a 5‑minute walk, but the hot water was not warm at all.
