The garden was a lovely spot to relax
The room was great, and the kids absolutely loved the pool area

The area was safe and calm, the rooms had all the basics and more, and were beautifully decorated. It took a little while to be let in, but otherwise everything was great.
The service was good. There was a smell in the room and no air freshener.
I had to pay to borrow a heater, and that wasn’t communicated to me.

The staff were lovely and the location was tranquil. Nothing to complain about.

Firstly, it's situated in a wonderful area. Very safe and peaceful. From the entrance to office was quick. Very friendly service from the 2 lady's at the office. They were very friendly and very accomodating. Thanks to the 1 lady taking us around to view the rooms that we actually upgraded to a room off out liking. The whole premises was very neat and beautiful from parking to walking to our room to the pool and braai area. we had such a nice view from outside out room. Will definetly spread the word on how beautiful this place is. There was nothing to not like
