It works for families; everything is ready for cooking and you can see the Crystal cable car, and the price is reasonable. There was a water outage.

I liked how close it was to the Crystal slope (just a 2‑minute walk) and Diddveli (a 3‑minute drive). I also liked that within walking distance there were all the necessary shops (a grocery store, a pharmacy) and restaurants. When I entered the room it was clean, had the necessary dishes, towels, and even a washing machine. The room lacked a trash bin; there was only a small bin in the bathroom. The dishes were there, but there was nothing to wash them with (a rag, detergent). In all the rooms next door there were tables on the balcony, but we did not have one. During the entire stay the room was never cleaned. The sauna in the hotel was not working. The restaurant was also not working. There was not even a basic minimum – tea, coffee, water. In short, for that price you can overlook all this, considering that you are always on the slope.

The location and cleanliness were fine, but I had to call the maintenance service three times because the heating didn’t work, the sink was clogged and, most annoyingly, wind kept coming in through the windows and there was an unbearable noise. I couldn’t sleep for four nights – a real shame. The hotel never tried to resolve the issues and I had to involve the booking platform’s customer service to get a small compensation.

The place looked just like the pictures, but some comments mentioned that the apartment had all the little things, like spices, which wasn't the case. The noise level was terrible, though - it's a family resort, so you hear kids screaming, adults arguing, and partying like they're right next door. You won't get any sleep till everyone else does, and don't even think about a quiet night's rest in Georgia.
