“Fun, memorable stay but the shower situation is very awkward!”
I loved the view and the record player in the room, and the themed elevators were a nice touch. The complimentary drinks on arrival were great. The bathrooms were uncomfortable: no hooks made changing difficult, and taking a shower required stepping out into the room to grab a towel and change clothes. It might be fine for a couple, but not for a family. It would be perfect if the shower arrangement weren’t an issue.
I stayed right across from Amsterdam Centraal station, which was fantastic for getting around.

I liked the location, right across the water from the train station with free ferries running constantly. I was very disappointed that they requested a pending payment by card for half the cost of your stay—room was already paid for. This wasn’t mentioned at all when booking, so we couldn’t spend carefree. We were also wrongly charged for items from the minibar that we didn’t use, and the refund didn’t arrive until several days after we returned home.

Really well located to be experiencing downtown but not in the center! Cool hotel, nice team, GREAT GYM!. The staff in the restaurant took some time to take orders, and on the receptions sometimes it took a while to be served as there was only 1 person at times
