“Horrible”
I never got access to the accommodation; three different addresses were given. When I called the manager, he said he had no reservation for me. I lost my money.

The property was listed as number 40. When I arrived, I called the contact number repeatedly for 20 minutes with no answer. The person who returned my call explained things confusingly. I was told that I would be moved to another property because number 40 was being painted. The place was untidy, with bed sheets drying in the middle of the living room, and the washing machine was full and stayed full all night. There was a strange odor, the walls were dirty, and I’m not sure the bathroom had been cleaned. The host almost forgot the Wi‑Fi password and didn’t tell me where to leave the keys in the morning. When I asked, I was told to leave them in the locker outside the door, code 1507, but I found out the next morning that wasn’t the correct code, so I had to leave the key through the mail slot. Overall, I was disappointed and would not recommend it. Just because it’s cheap doesn’t mean the service will be good.

The next day a guest got so upset with the staff that he broke one of the front doors; the owner was disrespectful and the property was filthy, like a rubber sheep. I think it’s a joke and I will never stay there again, and I wouldn’t advise anyone to stay there either because it’s horrible.

The room I was allocated had a private bathroom, but it wasn’t the one I had booked and I didn’t realize the original booking was wrong until I turned up and had to call the number. I was then sent a text with an address to a different property. The “manager” who eventually showed up at the new location was wearing a dirty, stained T‑shirt. The place was grubby everywhere, the communal kitchen was dirty, and the building was noisy with doors banging and people running up and down the stairs constantly. It smelled like “weed”. The room… well… our sheets were stained or dirty, so I had to buy extra sheets to sleep on. The walls in our room were holed and grubby, the bathroom door wouldn’t lock or stay closed, and the shower door was missing a handle. It was not an appropriate place for a single female traveling with her young teenage daughter.

I couldn't even stay longer than 5 minutes because the place was disgustingly filthy, the walls were mouldy, the bedding was dirty, and there were pools of urine on the bathroom floor.
