The bathroom was awful – the shower only produced scalding hot water, and when I flushed the toilet, the water shot up into the shower.

The guy made me wait 10 minutes outside in the cold, even though I’d called him twice. The room was horrible: a bad smell, a broken bed, and a mattress that seemed infested. I left immediately and had to book another place that cost more for the night – the worst experience ever. Don’t stay.

No hot water, extreme kitchen stench, and mold in the room.

There was no hot water or hair dryer, the rooms and the rest of the building were very dirty, the beds creaked loudly, and the slightest movement woke the whole house. We heard a neighbor urinating as if he were in our bathroom, and the place was extremely noisy. The hallway smelled like three people smoking at once. The room was dusty, the remote didn’t work, and I can’t even list all the problems – it was a catastrophe.
