The location was very good, just a 1‑minute walk to Registan Square, and there were plenty of cafés and restaurants around. The only issues were that our room didn’t have a full‑length mirror or a hair dryer.

It’s very close to the tourist spots, and the owner family was extremely kind! We even shared tea together, which was wonderful. I wish there had been a hair dryer, but otherwise it was fine.

It’s about a 3‑minute walk to Registan Square, so the location is excellent. I used Yandex to find the place, it was a bit confusing at first but then everything worked out. I could hang laundry in the courtyard, which was helpful. The staff were kind and even accommodated a 1‑am checkout, with the owner calling Yandex so my car could come while I waited at the hotel. I’d definitely use it again. The hot shower sometimes got lukewarm if you used it too much, so I was careful.

I found the place super convenient next to the main square, and the price was a bargain. The host was friendly, but locating the hotel was a hassle—Yandex requires “Omar Khayyam 11, sixth entrance” to see the correct entrance opposite the building. The non‑smoking room was actually smoky, the window was sealed so I had to ventilate through an open door, and it got stuffy at night. The wardrobe had no hangers, so I had to fold clothes onto the bare bed. The check‑out time wasn’t listed on Booking, but I had to leave by 12 pm. The address varies across different maps.

The owners were very hospitable, and the spot is right on foot from Registan Square, so after the evening light and laser show it was safe to head back. It’s close to the grocery market, and the price‑to‑quality ratio is solid.
