I liked being there, it’s a good place, I was well received and accommodated, but what bothered me was the location in a sales area, although it is safe. What made me uncomfortable was the bathroom sewage, which needed better hygiene and the smell was very unpleasant, forcing me to leave early because of the odor. I liked the security, breakfast, and the staff are excellent, but the sewage and location left me very uneasy and scared.

The front desk staff and other employees are very helpful, friendly, and polite. The location is good, close to everything: the early‑morning market, 25 de Março, the metro station, and markets on both corners. No complaints.
