The pool and sauna were clean but you had to turn them on yourself about half an hour before. Breakfast was very poor and cheap, and it was rare to see a decent spread. The hotel is often used for weddings and photo shoots, so when you’re lying on the terrace, the place is full of the bride’s family and friends. It feels odd to be in your swimwear among people in 'galakledij'. The hotel’s location: on the other side there’s a banquet hall, but it isn’t inviting. Luckily, a quarter‑mile away is a small family shop (Verande Xcelishvili) next to the famous Tamar bridge, where you can enjoy local dishes and the sunset.

The staff service was excellent, breakfast was good, there were free massage chairs at the spa, and the pool had warm water. Everything was nice and the room was spacious.

The bathroom had drainage problems and there was a sewage smell in the room. The staff were not qualified for a hotel that claims to be five‑star. The price is high for the services offered.

We booked this hotel for a single night on our way to the next destination. The bed was very comfortable, the facilities are good, and the guy who attended us was super friendly and pleasant. The breakfast was plentiful. There’s a restaurant across the street, and don’t be fooled by the looks – the food is very good and reasonably priced.

The hotel has spacious and comfortable rooms. It’s surrounded by greenery and far from populated areas. The breakfast is rich and abundant, prepared on the spot and served at fixed times. You can eat very well at the restaurant on the opposite side of the road. It could be a great transit hotel.
