The staff were very helpful.

The location was great and the staff were super friendly, but on the last day of the season we ran out of many items and the water was turned off.

Your staff excelled, and I ask you to thank them on my behalf; however, I never saw the mattress turned in my room, a simple task that should be done every 28‑30 days to preserve its life, a standard I know from my hospitality management background.
