The riad is magnificent with a stunning ocean view and two terraces; it’s beautifully decorated, very clean, and the breakfasts are impeccable. The staff are very welcoming. I might not return for the on‑site spa treatments.

The staff were kind, behaved well, and respected guests; the bath towels were changed daily, but the bed sheets…? The photos and advertising were misleading, nothing matched what was described. The riad is absolutely not by the water, and the water is very dirty. No dining options except breakfast. The room had no light, even with the lights on it was still dark. It faced a small alley that’s noisy even at night. The room had two tiny single beds with questionable mattresses, and I found a small bug in the bed in the morning. There was no bathroom—just a shower without a curtain that’s part of the room’s furniture, so no privacy. The toilet was in a corner, and the overall vibe was medieval. All other rooms need major refurbishment, repair, renovation, and cleaning. There was no Wi‑Fi in the rooms and it was weak in common areas. Mold smelled in the room. I usually don’t write such negative reviews, but this was the worst imaginable. When I arrived, all I wanted to do was cry.
