The location is right in the city centre, but the air‑conditioning was broken, forcing me to leave the window open and endure constant street noise. The owner did not respond to the repair request, which really lowered my rating.

The room with a bathroom is in the centre, a few steps from the main street, offering good value for money. The room and bathroom are small but equipped with all comforts. The key‑pickup process was excellently organised: I never met anyone, yet they were available for any need or request. The location is perfect for enjoying San Benedetto del Tronto, just steps from the centre and the sea. The only drawback is the proximity to the centre, which brings high traffic noise.
