There’s a smoking room and the price isn’t too high, so I use it for business trips. When I slept, outside noise bothered me—whether it was a thin wall or a vent, I couldn’t tell, but car traffic made it hard to fall asleep.

The location is good, but the worst part was that for four days the washer and dryer were broken, and no explanations were given. I saw very little staff, and they even gave me a room on the 11th floor (the hotel wasn’t full, I think) that was tiny, with a very small double bed and an air conditioner above my head.

The spot is great – right in the middle of everything.

The location is solid, even though it’s close to the highway and you barely hear the cars. It’s near Kanda station, and the room for three people had enough space.

Finding the place was a breeze, especially after a long international flight. The double room felt a bit tight despite its size.
