The location was fantastic, but unfortunately, the room lock was a real pain to deal with.
The staff at this hotel were absolutely excellent - they went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable.
The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, but unfortunately, that's where the positives end.

“Ubicación”
I really liked my stay at the hotel. The food seemed excellent and was one of the best parts I enjoyed. Also, the location is very convenient, as it’s close to downtown San Salvador, shopping centers, and a wide variety of restaurants and eateries. This makes it much easier to explore the city and have different options without having to travel far. Without a doubt, an experience I would repeat. I found no negatives during my stay. Everything was very good.

The hotel staff used the credit card information from my reservation to make a purchase on Amazon; when I complained, no one answered and I only got excuses from them. Some belongings of guests in my group went missing, and again the staff gave no response.

I booked for my disabled mother, who uses a wheelchair and is hard of hearing, and she said the staff were the best, always helpful—even when the Uber driver refused to help with her wheelchair. I felt they truly cared for her and we plan to return. The food was great and the prices were fair. The room was clean and comfortable. Later my aunt joined and we were able to share the room with my mom for a reasonable fee. We’re definitely coming back.
