The room offered a large space with nice views, and the staff were helpful and kind, but the location was a bit far from everything; although bikes were easy to get, most places were a 20‑minute ride away and too far to walk.

The central location in the city was great, just about a 15‑minute walk from Kimironko Market, but the breakfast was quite sparse for the overall price.

From check‑in to check‑out, the flexibility and communication were excellent, the interiors were beautiful, the bed comfortable with air‑con, the food superb, and the staff fantastic—truly a home away from home, though the many stairs mean it may not be fully accessible for everyone.

Josephine and the staff were very good, caring for us and feeding us; anyone traveling should stay at Supreme Villa and won’t be disappointed—everything about the property is loved.

A misunderstanding led to an upgrade for one night, which was great; overall the building is new and very clean, the dining areas spacious, the pool nice, and the staff incredibly helpful—if I ever return to Rwanda, I would stay here again.
